Only if your product arrives defective, we’ll provide a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not applicable if the product is functional but does not meet personal expectations. To initiate a return, customers must adhere to the following requirements:


Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure the product arrived in its original condition, please capture an unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This video is essential for processing a refund request.

Condition of Product
The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Any signs of usage or damage may affect eligibility for a refund.

Request a Refund
Once you've confirmed the product is defective, reach out to our support team at oldschoolstationindia@gmail.com with your unboxing video, order details, and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Process
Upon verifying the product issue, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Note

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product is functional but does not meet personal expectations.
  • There’s an absence of the unboxing video.

Damaged Products:

In the unlikely event that your Old School Station retro gaming console arrives damaged, we will happily provide a free replacement unit. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be within the 6-month warranty period, the damage must not have been caused by misuse or mishandling, and you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the defect upon receiving the product. In case you notice that the shipment has been tampered during the transit, please shoot an unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement

Wrong Products:

If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us via email at oldschoolstationindia@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the inability to claim a replacement for the incorrect product.

To initiate a warranty claim or report a wrong product, please contact our customer support team via email with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if applicable, the unboxing video. Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and determine if a replacement is necessary. If a replacement is deemed necessary, we will ship a new unit to you free of charge.

Please note that our warranty policy only covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by accidental drops, liquid damage, or any other forms of physical damage or misuse.
